Meet Travis Mikkelson

I’m a Sedona-area real estate agent, licensed residential contractor and longtime local business owner serving Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek and communities throughout the Verde Valley. I live in the Village of Oak Creek with my family, so I understand the qualities that make Northern Arizona such a desirable place to live, invest and own a second home.

Before entering real estate, I built my reputation by helping local homeowners through my junk-removal and home-services business. I have held an Arizona R-62 Residential Minor Home Improvements contractor’s license since March 2018. That experience gives me a practical perspective on property condition, repairs, improvement potential and preparing homes for the market. I also earned my bachelor’s degree in business from Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude in the top five percent of my class.
